We are hoping to have two or three foursomes??? we will check on Tee-times.

Reunion Location:

The (??) Hotel (a full service conference hotel/motel strategically located in Augusta, GA from "Exit " (??)off I-10

For any one wishing to come early or stay over , the room rates will remain the same (??) for two days before reunion and two days after reunion.

Parking: The (??) a day for parking will be waved for the 51st. Signal Reunion people.

June 2. Tues.

(2) Hospitality and visitaion 6:00 to 7:00 (snacks and drinks).

(3) Dinner from 7 P.M. to 10 P.M. in the

(5)Dress code: Casual

June 3rd Wed.

(1) Breakfast from 7 A.M. to 8 A.M.

(??) Restaurant,

(2) 8:00 to 8:30 Transport to Fort Gordon.

(3) 8:30 to 9:15 Visit Fort Gordon Signal Museum.

(4) 9:15 to 10:00 Clothing and PX stores.

(5) 10:00 to 11:00 semilater rifle renge, shooting terrerist.

(6) 11:00 to 12:00 Semilater Stryker driving unit

(7) 12:00 to 1:30 PM luncheon with guest speaker.

(8) 1:30 to 4:30 PM tour of field excersises, meet with troops, visit barracks, and conference talk with commading officer.
Bring any pictures or equipment you used or work with to this meeting).

(9) 4:30 to 5:00 return to Hotel.

(10) 6:00 to 7:00 Visitaion with troops from Fort Gordon

(11) Dinner Banquet from 7 P.M. to 10 P.M.

Where to Stay

Each member must make their own reservations for accomodations.

The headquarters for reunion will be (??) Hotel, Augusta, GA (exit #(??) off I-10) .

COST OF ACCOMODATIONS:

Singles: $(??)Single occupancy per day.

Doubles: $(??) Double occupancy per day.

You must mention the 51st. Signal Battalion to receive the above rates. Reservations need to be made before May 20,2009.
